Every lead that calls, texts, or fills out a form lands with you. You answer fast, handle their questions on treatments and pricing, book them with the right nurse, and make sure they actually show. Full-time, 10 to 6 Eastern, hybrid out of Brickell.

Most setter jobs are a phone and a list. This one is the front door to the clinic. Every patient talks to you before they ever see a nurse. Three things are yours.
The first conversation
- Every inbound call, text, and form lead, answered fast
- Questions on treatments, pricing, and current offers, answered with confidence
- A first impression that matches the experience in the chair
- The right treatment booked with the right nurse, the first time
The calendar
- Nurse calendars kept full, with as few open gaps as possible
- Confirmations and reminders, so the people who book actually show
- Reschedules and scheduling conflicts, solved before they turn into cancellations
- Every conversation logged in the CRM, so the records are always current
The follow-up
- Leads who didn’t book the first time, worked until they book or say no
- Past patients brought back for their next treatment
- Promotions and events pushed with the marketing team
- Commission on what you book. The better you are at this, the more you make
You’re not walking into a cold-calling job. The leads come in every day from our own marketing, the nurses are in place, and the treatments sell. What’s missing is the person who turns those leads into booked, showed patients. Do that well and the commission takes care of itself.

Who This Is For
What we’re looking for
Required
- 1+ years in customer service or appointment setting, ideally in medical or wellness
- Sharp on the phone and in writing. Texts that sound like a person
- Organized enough that nothing gets double-booked or dropped
- Comfortable working in scheduling software and a CRM all day
- Full-time, 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern, and able to get to Brickell for in-office days
- High school diploma or equivalent
Strong plus
- Fluent in Spanish
- You know medspa treatments: injectables, fillers, skin, body
- Education in healthcare administration or a related field
- A real interest in beauty and wellness. You’ll talk about it all day

It helps, but it’s not required. Customer service or appointment setting experience is. We’ll teach you the treatments.
Not specifically. If you’ve booked out of a CRM or scheduling tool before (Mindbody, Zenoti, Vagaro, or similar), you’ll pick these up fast. What we can’t teach is speed and follow-through.
